- 50% deposit upon reservation to guarantee space. Balance will be due 60 days before arrival Failure to comply with the stipulated payment schedule gives Davana the right to consider the reservation cancelled by the Guest and the cancellation policies will apply.

Cancelation Policies
- For cancelations 60 days or less preceding the arrival date there will be no refund, unless Davana is able to rent the subject period for the dates that are cancelled.
- In case of a new rent a 20 % charge over the total rental sum will be charged as a penalty and therefore is non-refundable.
- For cancellations during the holiday seasons a non refund policy is in place and the rented days can not be accredited to alternative dates.
